Tower Press is currently hiring part-time customer service reps for our Decatur, Georgia location. It's a very exciting time for growth in our company! We now service all 50 states and five different countries. As we expand our reach, we need to expand our team! This is an opportunity for the right candidate to make a meaningful contribution to building a fast-growing, creative start-up.

What you'll be doing:
- Working directly with clients 3-4 days a week (weekdays only), from 10am to 3pm at our Decatur, GA location
- This includes answering phones, processing orders, and in-person consultations and communication
- Overseeing print projects from start to finish. Prepping files, sending them to press, quality control, and packaging orders
In late February of 2018 I left my job of nearly 7 years. I had a routine, knew what to expect every single day, it was easy. I could do it with my eyes closed. But that was the problem. I wasn't being challenged. I was bored. On top of that, I wasn't appreciated and I wasn't being paid fairly. It took a long time, but I was finally able to see that I have value, and if I'm not being valued where I am, I will go somewhere else. So, with very little planning and very little money, I decided to start Tower Press. I didn't do it alone though.
Leela of Native Bear was imperative to those first few months, agreeing to help front a website template and first month's rent at our current location in Georgia. Her initial investment allowed me to take a big leap of faith. I am not kidding when I say I had NO backup plan. I probably only had a few hundred dollars in my bank account. But, I trusted myself and I trusted in my abilities. Going from knowing what to expect all the time to NEVER knowing what to expect any of the time was very, very scary for this Type-A individual.
But, here we are! We did it! We crossed the threshold to the one-year mark, and that's huge! And I didn't do that alone either. That is all Y'ALL! 327 clients spread across 4 different countries. I am grateful for each and every one of you who choose to work with us. Tower Press has really turned into a wonderful community of badass go-getters that I am inspired by every day. We've definitely had to change a little and adapt along the way, but I love this baby business, our commitment to putting the client first, and always offering the most creative services we can.
I don't always have "it" together. Nearly every day I am learning something new about being a businesswoman and better human. There are days I have big cries at my desk and days where I feel like we're on top of the world. I'm thankful for every teaching moment this business has given me, and can't wait for the next 365+ days. I have a lot of BIG goals for us, see you along the way!
