Happy March and Happy Launch Day!
I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting today to come so quickly (we know we've got some kinks to work out), but I'm so happy that Leela and I finally get to share this with y'all.
Tower Press was an idea that I had many moons ago. Like most of my AMAZING ideas, I had let it sit in the back of my mind for a long time before I really sat down and gave it some serious thought.
In all my careers, I've come into a business that had already been built. This time, we've built something from the ground up, and it's something that's truly ours. We are proud to be 100% female owned and that our partnership embodies strong work ethics, love of cookies, and equal right brains and left brains. It took a lot of encouragement from others and a lot of focus (and also a little dry-heaving here and there), and I am so grateful to Leela for wanting to be part of it with me.
We also have to thank the WNBA and the Atlanta Dream for being another great source of encouragement to us. These two organizations are instrumental for pushing women forward and challenging them to do their best, and we are so grateful for the partnership.
In the Tarot, the Tower represents significant change. Sometimes that change is really sudden, and really scary. It shakes your foundation and challenges your sense of security.
