TOWER PRESS RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Services at Tower Press are custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty
If the Product(s) delivered do not match your order, please contact us via email ([email protected]) outlining the issue and we will arrange a return. Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under. Please note that we cannot guarantee color with digital printing, and cannot reprint items so that they 100% match original files. If you are using stickers as product labels, these are a final sale item. If a sticker says it is weatherproof, we have only tested it for normal wear and standard elements. If you are using them for product labels or candles, we are not responsible if they do not work (ie: melting, coming off, wear beyond what is reasonable). We suggest ordering a small quantity to test first or ordering a sample pack.
If the items you received have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a mis-print, mis-cut, or major fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed to [email protected] for our customer service team to assess.
We cannot take any action on an order until the Products are returned to Tower Press for inspection. Following the return of the Products a thorough assessment will take place. From there, Tower Press will make a determination as to the suitability of the Products returned.
If the problem relates to a production issue at Tower Press, then a re-print of the goods may be offered to rectify the quality issue. Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, if the order has already been produced, Tower Press retains the right to only offer a re-print when seeking to rectify any issue.
A refund will be only be offered if an order is cancelled prior to production being undertaken by Tower Press, as Products are custom-made to client specifications and cannot be re-sold. If you need to cancel an order you should contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Your order may have already gone into production, there is normally a 15-20 minute window between the time you place and order and the time it goes into production.
ANY PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER SHOULD BE OUTLINED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS.
Failure to inform Tower Press of an issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods will mean the order is deemed to have been accepted and checked.
We do not accept returns on samples or sample packs.
DELIVERY
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for what happens once a package has left our facility due to third-party shippers (we mostly use USPS and UPS), or if items are stolen. We are happy to help open a claim with UPS or USPS if this happens. To help prevent these rare occurrences, please make sure that your address is correct, and that mail is delivered in a safe and secure location. Often, our packages require a signature for delivery. We will not reprint anything for free because of a lost or stolen package.
PAYMENT
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are to be paid upfront.
If invoice terms are agreed with the customer and the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
COPYRIGHT
When placing an order with Tower Press the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner / have permission to reproduce artwork files.
OFFENSIVE MATERIAL
Tower Press may refuse to produce merchandise & print if the images or content is deemed to be offensive, racist, homophobic, or may incite hatred.

Average turnaround times are shown on the product page. Please note that these are average turnaround times only and are not a guarantee of which day your order will be delivered. Turnaround is shown in business days which does not include weekends or public/national holidays, or shipping/transit times.
