Like so many of you, we been experiencing waves of emotions during the last 30 + days. Anger, grief, sadness, hopefulness, depression, excitement, terror... a terrible stew of human feelings. It's been really hard to lean in, but we're used to having to pivot and adapt during hard times. We were really excited to celebrate our two-year anniversary with you all, and no one ever expects a global pandemic to put a full stop to the world as we know it.
While we aren't considered an "essential" business, we know so many of you rely on us and we rely on you! So yes, we are open. We can still make custom enamel pins, patches, keychains, and most paper goods happen. Delays may happen here and there, but we're fortunate that the majority of our production facilities are in unaffected areas, and other facilities are taking extra measures to ensure their team's safety and health. At HQ, we have one person working, while the rest of the team is at home. We're hopeful to implement everyone remotely as soon as more projects and hours come in. It's been really difficult to furlough folks right now, but we know things will slowly get back to normal soon (and if you missed it, we do have a GoFundMe to help provide everyone some relief right now).
So, yes! We are open for business. And we are thinking of everyone right now, staying safe and healthy is the most important thing. If you'd like to support other small businesses, we've put together an online directory of creative makers and e-commerce shops that are also open for business.
We aren't sure how long this will be our reality for. Seeing our wonderful community band together and support one another is keeping our spirits lifted. We're finding peace in the small things again (a walk outside, a phone call from a friend), and we look forward to finding our rhythm again, together.

Update: 4/22
Currently we are experiencing *some* shipping delays via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Due to grounded flights, fewer flights, and a backed up system, you may notice slower movement in your tracking information.
