How long does branding take?
Our typical turnaround for logo and branding projects is 6-8 weeks. Print design (business cards, postcards, etc) is normally finished in 2-4 weeks.

Will I own my designs?
As is industry standard, we retain ownership of our designs and reserve the right to use them in our portfolios and social media/marketing efforts. As the purchaser, you will have exclusive, unlimited use and reproduction license on the designs we create for you. We provide you with all pertinent high-res web and print files when your project is completed.

Do you use templates?
Absolutely not! Everything we design is made from scratch, just for you! This means that no one else will ever have your logo. Everything we design draws from inspiration taken from your consultation and design meetings.

What do you charge for design services?
Our base rate is around $175 per hour, but most projects are quoted as flat rates or custom quoted based on your needs. Standard logo design is $1500 and Branding Packages start at $2500. You can view some of our pricing on our website: http://tower-press.com/pages/small-business-branding

How will I receive my files when the project is completed?
Once your final payment has been made, you will receive EPS (vector), jpeg, png, and PDF print-ready files. We do not give you live/editable AI or PSD files. Our designs can be used to complete all your print needs – including business card, postcards, stickers, graphics for web sites, email marketing, and any other designs your business may require!

What is the client's involvement in the design process?
We listen to our clients from the start. During your consultation, we encourage clients to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. We LOVE Pinterest boards! We also have clients fill out a short questionnaire so we can learn about your brand on a deeper level. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors, mark ups, and fonts before work continues. We typically offer 3 rounds of revisions, so the process is very collaborative! Because of this, there are expectations that clients will be prompt with feedback and approvals.

Do you offer rush designs?
Not at this time. We are normally booked about two months in advanced.

If your business requires a brand manual, we can put one together for you.
